Do I have to update my machines?
The use of Green Refrigerants is already mandated by local law in California and Canada.
Operators in other states should be aware that there is additional legislative activity underway at the country and state level that will continue to shift regulations pertinent to their regions.

I am a European Operator; do new regulations apply to me?
European operators should consult local regulatory authorities regarding compliance timelines for transition to Green Energy refrigerants. However, in general, European operators should plan on completing their transition to Green Refrigerants by end of 2021.
