How to use this page
Use this page to submit your contribution to the next issue of The Interchange, and help us create a newsletter that truly reflects our unique global force. A few quick pointers to put your best ideas forward:
PLEASE DO
- Submit stories that reflect your contributions to our business success:
- - Major project wins
- - Professional successes for you and/or your team
- - Fast failures and lessons learned
- - Team accomplishments
- - Philanthropic activities
- - Great CBS results, kaizen achievements, etc.
- - Cross-functional collaboration and unique projects
- - Team building or in-office celebrations that highlight your site's unique team and culture
- Submit complete stories (full sentences and paragraphs that tell the complete story) using professional language and grammar, and avoid colloquial terms and phrases
- Send photos alongside your stories so we can highlight you!
PLEASE DO NOT
- Submit stories that are overly personal in nature or inappropriate for a global audience:
- - We love you to share your wedding, baby and relocation news with your teams and celebrate together, but that's not quite right to publish in The Interchange
- - Personal accomplishments not pertaining to professional growth or lessons learned that can be applied to other areas of the business
- - Publish local news or other non-business related content
- Send only content ideas or headlines without the full text that can be easily understood and published
- Send bullet lists of short phrases
- Worry too much about phrasing - your HR and marketing partners will review all stories and edit them on your behalf for length and clarity!
- Forget to attach photos!
